My husband has been on the GF diet for 3 years now. He was diagnosed
as "gluten sensitive" on a blood test (igA? igG?) 3 years ago and since
then has avoided gluten and casein. The doctor wasn't that knowledgeable
(we asked for the blood test but didn't know about the biopsy--never had
one done) and we are now looking for a GI doctor in Morris County, NJ that
is knowledgeable about celiac and other GI problems--one that CARES about
his/her patients feeling better and is proactive.

He has not been feeling well recently (no gluten/casein contamination) and
we think that something else is bothering him. He's gotten to the point
that he's afraid to eat anything...rice & soy now, too...he's frustrated
and thinking what else will be limited next?

He could use any support right now that you can give him... I'll pass
along your emails to him! Thank you!

Angela in Morris County, NJ
