Pat, and anyone else,
I stopped and prayed for you. I hope you have a good time. I have a
suggestion about packing; it's something I've found helpful when I've
packed.
Imagine touching your body from head to toe for each section of the day, and
Imagine yourself going through the daily routine you'll have, and take note
of, and pack when you can, each item you're using for each task.
Getting Ready for the Day
Your Head: What do you need for your head where you are going? Hairbrush or
comb, other pretty things for your hair, an umbrella, hat, scarf, shampoo
and/or conditioner?
Your Ears, especially in my case: Earrings, hearing aids and batteries,
other listening paraphernalia?
From the neck going down; What do you wear? Underwear, from top to bottom.
Outer clothes, from top to bottom again.
Your feet: Socks, shoes, fllip-flops, sandles, etc.
During the day
When do you take medications, and what else will you be doing?
Evening/Night
touching your body again: what do you wear at night? What will you be
sleeping in; your sleeping bag, or already provided linen?
Hygiene
What do you need to pack to stay clean and looking nice? go through those
routines.
