I just called Ortho McNeil today and now they are saying that Ortho Cyclen
(which I have been taking for 8 years or so does not contain gluten,but 
they don't know if anything is added or cross contamin in manufacturing 
process(same thing a lot of companies say now). they used to say it was gf.

I don't think I am having any problems from it,but now it worries me that 
it may not be totally gluten free. I need to be on birth control, does 
anyone have any recommendations of ones that are definitely gf?
