What is "Gluten-Free Baking and More"? It's a monthly newsletter devoted to
great tasting gluten-free recipes. Each month delivered to your door, you'll
receive recipes for breads, cakes, cookies, brownies, easy main dishes and
more!

Here is what readers are saying about "Gluten-Free Baking and More":

"Just wanted to share pictures of some of the recipes that I have made so
far from your newsletter. I have made many more, but these I remembered to
take pics of. Thanks so much again. They always turn out so good."
--Anja

"I wanted to thank you for the wonderful birthday cake recipe in the March
issue. I made it for my husband's grandmother's 93 birthday--it was a big
hit! I love how moist and rich the cake is, and it makes so much! Thank you
again"
--Mia

"I've been baking gluten-free for several years now. You're recipes are the
best I've found. Thanks and keep the great recipes coming!"
--Kellie

In this month's issue of Gluten-Free Baking and More:

New Pie Crust. We've tinkered with our pie crust and are so pleased to share
this new recipe with you. It's ideal for any pie.

Spinach Quiche. Our recipe is so easy it can be put together in under 10
minutes! (Really, in under 5 minutes if you roll your crust ahead of time.)

Buttermilk Pie. Have you ever eaten buttermilk pie? It was on my "to try"
list for years. Finally, I made the pie and feel in love at first bite. Try
it today, I think you'll love it.

Pasta Primavera. When was the last time you ate Pasta Primavera? This pasta
dish is a nice way to welcome spring. It takes a bit of time to make, but
the result is well worth it.

Pumpkin Waffles. Pumpkin in April? Why not? These waffles are loaded with
flavor and are a nice change from regular waffles. As they bake, the whole
house smells like home. And that is welcome any time during the year.

Poke Cake. This classic recipe is now gluten-free! What is a poke cake? It's
a yellow sheet cake that you "poke" all over with a fork. After "poking"
your cake, you pour Jell-O over the surface. The Jell-O drips down into the
holes and creates a really neat effect and taste!

Fiesta del Sol Cookies. This recipe is a reader request. Scented with
cinnamon and sugar, these cookies are a nice way to end any meal.

Ricotta Cheesecake. I love cheesecake! A ricotta cheesecake is a classic
Italian Easter dessert. It's light texture and flavor make it perfect for
the entire spring season.

...and much more!

Happy April!

Happy Gluten-Free Baking,
Elizabeth Barbone
