Tw days ago I had a terrible experience with hair color. ..I .thought
I should share it.

I've been celiac for 2 1/2 years and I wasn't sure you people writing
in about gluten in cosmetics affecting you had your heads on
straight....but I'm a believer now.

For many years I have used L'Oreal Preference periodically but bought
Revlon Color Silk this time.

I did the job, and 30 minutes later I had terrible stomach cramping and
diarrhea for about an hour. In the meantime I chug-a-lugged my own
private stock of Pepto Bismol...don't know if it helped or not, but at
least the episode stopped. I knew I hadn't eaten any gluten for a long
long time.

I fished the box out of the wastebasket and read the
ingredients....contains wheat amino acids....OOOOppppps.!!!! And
after reading in the news lately about a possible correlation with
lymphoma, I think I'll pass on the hair color from here on!!!
