Well, if it were all just a matter of calories, why would I have gained
12 lbs in 12 days when totally off thyroid?...yes, that was a brilliant
suuggestion from one endocrinologist to see whether my TSH would be
elevated  at the end of that time, since he didn't think I needed to be
on thyroid for Hashimoto's...
