I have been diagnosed for 4 months. I have an opportunity to travel with family to Italy and France. Does anyone know of any tips for eating out in Italy or France? Any help would be appreciated, like food stores to shop at, if there are any GF menus at certain restaurants, any GF bakeries? I have read online that Italy has a lot of celiacs, so I am hoping that restaurants there are more GF friendly. Of course, the language barrier is a problem. I have the restaurant cards in those languages, but don't know if that's enough to get me through. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks in advance!
  Denise
