Greetings!



I am assisting a man with multiple disabilities who is trying to recruit sensory 
deprived individuals, with computer and E-mail access, participate in a survey 
regarding perception of and reaction to severe storm warnings.



The man, a student at the University of Oklahoma, is Deaf Blind with severe 
mobility impairment.



In order to complete his degree he needs data from others with disabilities.

The student has indicated that people in the Oklahoma State area are needed at 
this time, but others may participate in the future.



Participation will require an individual to use a diary, in MS WORD format and 
communicate primarily through E-mail.



Length of time required is determined by the length of this year's storm season.
