I've used WebX and it is minimally accessible.
The menus are navigable, and its ok to move around in the various screens;
but it has a lot of features -- drawing tools, polls, a raised hand graphic
for asking questions,etc that are very difficult to track or use; on the
whole I found it very cumbersome.
This was a year ago, and it may be better now, as I know they continue to
update it -- but then again, it could be worse.
