Most rawpalaeos eat a wide variety of raw foods, though raw beef is a
mainstay(mainly because it's more easy to get 100% organic, grassfed beef
than it is to get 100% organic, grassfed pork, say).
I have never liked the taste of raw chicken(even after c.8 or 9 years of eating
raw animal foods) but have happily indulged in raw turkey and goose
carcasses at Christmas, and have eaten raw duck(though I FAR prefer the
taste of raw wild mallard duck carcasses to the abysmal grainfed free-range
ducks on offer at markets).
I don't eat raw insects intentionally. But, I've heard that people accidentally
eat microscopic bits of insects all the time as insects get caught in machinery
etc. as food gets manufactured, plus people accidnetally swallow tiny insects
here and there.
My usual (completely raw and usually 100% grassfed/organic)fare(not that
different from many rawpalaeos I know) consists of (as a small sample of my
overall diet), and often only available seasonally in some cases:- duck-
/goose/quail eggs(I generally dislike raw chicken eggs); horsemeat; beef; aged
ox heart(aka "high-meat"); raw fish such as mackerel, swordfish, kingfish,
shark etc. etc.;prawns, scallops, oysters, mussels(all seafood wild, of course,
not intensively farmed); lobsters/crabs(I have to buy them live as the
fisherman won't sell them to me raw and dead just either cooked and dead or
live and raw); venison; lamb;mutton; raw organs from any of the above land-
mammals(mainly liver, kidney, tongue, heart, suet, marrow, but sometimes
more unusual(less palatable fare such as raw lungs or raw sweetbreads
(pancreas/thymus); and of course, large amounts of raw (mostly organic)fruit
such as cherries, bananas and the very occasional raw veg - I don't just eat
raw meat.
Can't think of anything else, right now, but the above is a reasonable small
sample.

raw beef palatable. However, other cuts of raw beef as well as almost all
poultry I find completely UN-palatable. I cannot stand the smell, taste, or
appearance of raw poultry (and, I've been known to eat just about anything
at least once). I will eat raw chicken/turkey organs, but that's about it.

goose)? Anyone here regularly eat raw insects?
