Thank you, Tom!  That's reassuring to me, for real, cuz I am such an anti-drug person, so it helps to hear a bit of a different view.  I will still actively seek out other options for sure, but it's nice not to be chastised, especially in a health group, for resorting to my only known option at this time.

Speaking of options, I see there are some pemmican posts, lol, so I'm off to read those and maybe gain some more insight into this.  You are right, a rapid pulse will kill eventually, not to mention the (non)-quality of life I was having for a few months, sigh.  It just helps to talk to people about this, people with different points of view, so I thank you for your input, sweetie!!

Love,
Bren

I don't see any problem with taking drugs when you need them. We can't all
be healthy all the time and sometimes our bodies need help.

Health and life are not just about diet. There are lots of things involved,
some chance, some genetics, wear and tear over time. Plus probably things we
don't even recognize yet.

High pulse for too long can kill you. Take care of it any way you have to
and good luck!
