It's a choice of one of the instinctive responses to the excessive
stress of modern life (fight/flee/hide).
Rewarded by a "feel-good" brain chemical (serotonin?).
I chose "hide", and find myself in a wild forest. Peaceful and low
stress except for the pesky beavers. Um, and a hysterical news report of
a lion, which turned out to be both a cute cub and a pet.
