Hi William-

Yes, we have stocked out kitchen with Black Cast Iron and Enamelware.  Most
of it high quality vintage.  Which I am very please with.  At that time, I
believe I was cooking with Teflon coated aluminum, so you may be right.  Oh,
that really frightens me! But 15 years have gone by and she is very, very
healthy.  She has been sticking to the Paleo WOE with me.  My allergies are
starting to clear up after only about a week.   I still need to find a local
source that sells free range-organic meats, bison, Ostrich, elk, deer, etc.
Or is there a place we could order from?  I am not a fan of eating meats
that have been frozen, though. Any suggestions?
