I provided links to it earlier in this thread.

Often this debate is cast in terms of all raw meat vs. all cooked meat. Just
because Paleolithic people ate cooked meat doesn't mean they didn't also eat
raw. All modern hunter-gatherer peoples that have been studied ate BOTH
cooked and raw meats. It's fairly safe to assume that most Paleolithic
peoples did the same.
