Subject: [C-PALSY] a decision on my hearing is drawing near



i had my first level hearing on my job injuries on feb
14th after waiting more than a year for it. we were
told that we'd hear something in 75 to 100 days. even
though the hearing appeared to be less than
satisfactory to my lawyer and both judy and me, judy
and i celebrated and said G-D in heaven could turn
things our way.
  early may is the front end of the range of time that
we were told we could hear from the dept of labor. i
am getting a little ansi now that we can expect to
hear any day.
   hopefully i will not let being on edge affect my
post to the list.
