Well, I'm not quite sure how to help you.  My xyl and I created the card
templet by scanning one of my old qsl cards that I had purchased from W4MPY
a number of years ago, which already had the Michigan graphic printed on it.

We then took the scanned image and converted it into an MS Word file like
that which you now have.

I'm sure there would be a creative way to change the State image on the
file, but I don't quite know how to do that.

Maybe someone else on the list will be able to help with this.
