as john said a db9 serial to db9 serial straight through cable is all you
need.
For my ts2000, i'm running it from the USB port on my laptop with a USB to
db9 adapter and everything works pretty well.
For some reason though, i can't get the ts2000 memory/menu software to run
from the USB port...i don't think it allows for the port option.
