The BBC has just released a report entitled "The Pulse of Africa: How Africans
View their lives, their countries, their continent, their future, the
world."  It is a unique report which includes data collected from 7,500
Africans in ten countries.  Not only does it include information which is
not readily available on Africa, but it is timely, having just been released
in August 2004.  I think it includes information that is relevant to
development communication.  The report can be downloaded from:
