Film: Pièces dIdentités (1998, Congo/Belgium; in
French with English subtitles, running time 93 minutes)

" A venerable but naïve king, Mani Kongo, comes from
Congo to Europe in search of his long-lost daughter
whom he sent there to study medicine. As soon as he
gets to Brussels, Europeans begin to victimize him
until he is penniless, homeless and forced to pawn his
royal regalia.

" State of Denial is a 2003 documentary that deals with

epidemic, given the climate of governmental confusion
and neglect.
