I wonder why the Swiss and their Cronies (the Western world) are spending so much time in trying to repatriate funds to Africa, rather than implementing  policies that would prevent such practises from occuring in the first place. We Africans know that these nocturnal practices are deeply embeded in our leaders and thus, repatriation in my opinion, isn't going to solve anything.
