Maybe raw sardines, possibly dried.

Whole Foods store near me just got in fresh greek sardines. Does anyone know
if I can just cook the whole fish with the head intact? I bought some before
and didn't watch as the fellow was wrapping them -- he cut off the head,
gutted it and basically gave sardine fillets. I want the head/organs/bones intact
-- just want to know if anyone has tips on cooking them.
