This is a perfect topic for the evolutionary fitness list and is really
off topic for the paleofood list. Paleofood is slow right now so nobody
is apt to get upset over message volume. Either include some paleo food
discussion in the messages or move it to evolutionary fitness list. I am
personally interested in exercise but not every subscriber here is.
