At Trader Joe's today we found 3 different flavors of "Gluten Free Granola" - anybody tried it? The ingredients include what looks like corn flakes, sugars, nuts and dried fruits.
We've been burned before on TJ's so-called gluten free products, and am quite hesitant to trust them again. They really, truly don't "get it" on the importance of GF labeled products actually being gluten-free, and they definitely don't understand cross-contamination risks. I've talked to their west coast customer service people (allegedly one of the people I talked to was a nutritionist, and she REALLY didn't get gluten-free) about the latest reformulation of their "Gluten-Free Banana Waffles" and based on what I've heard from them, there's no way I'm risking the waffles again.
