hello, List -
Forgive me if I repeat something already covered in this discussion,
but for what it's worth, my experience suggests that the problem is
not inhalation of gluten products but rather, the particles of flour
and etc. floating in the air that land on the lips and are then
inadvertently licked off and swallowed. As we know, it does not take
much gluten in the gut to trigger the inflammatory reaction. Some, of
course, will suffer obvious symptoms; others will not.
