Hi all - Anybody out there try either of these two restaurants - They both
have a gluten free menu, but I am very worried about the cross contamination
issue because neither has a seperate designated cook area. Anybody try either of
them??? Any comments??? The Pei Wei has a cooking area of about 6-8 chefs
standing near each other tossing food in their woks - (worried about soy sauce
flying around) and Bonefish Grill serves bread,( worried about the servers
touching our food). Please help me out here.

Laney - ft laud - florida
