Kathy
Ginny and I will be praying for you. For five years our youngest daughter
was on the drug scene, and we used to visit her when we had an address. We
would take her food, but never money. Sometimes she would disappear and we
wouldn't know where she was for weeks on end. It was not easy but the Lord
told us she was of age and now it was between him and her, and our part was
to love her unconditionally, to show his love.
Today she is financial manager for a small computer company. She has a son
of 9 years old. She still has many problems, but she has come a long way,
and we continue to pray that she will come back to the lord with her whole
heart. She only lives 7 miles away, so we see her and our grandson on a
weekly basis and it is such a blessing. But Ginny still has vivid memories
of crying for whole nights at a time over our little wayward sheep. But God
was faithful and brought her back to us.
Love, David and Ginny Weston.
