Well if the enemy has no right to interfere in the speaking of lies and 
etc. within the head, then he has no juristiction in the back either. So 
out he goes in the name of Jesus. And, like any other muscle or even 
concept in life, strengthening it builds endurance and protection so 
perhaps seriously, light exercises once it is healed will help.
