Hi List...
   
  Here's the story....  a friend of mine is opening an Italian restaurant and wants to include some gluten free items on the menu.  She asked me for a list of what I thought should be on there.  So as not to overwhelm her, I thought I'd give her about 3 appetizers, 5 entrees and maybe a couple of desserts.  I already know what my daughter's favorites are, but I wanted to just get some feedback from all of you if you don't mind helping out.  Thank you so much!
