All Head Country Products are gluten-free. A previous post back in 2003 stated that the seasoning could have cross-contamination issues, but that has since been taken care of. For those of you who are avoiding sugar, all products except the salsa do contain a small amount of sugar.

The bbq sauce, salsa and marinade are gluten free. They have been tested by the University of Nebraska. The seasoning is now gluten free also. I changed the liquid smoke source. The seasoning is blended in a facility that uses wheat, rye, barley, etc. but those items are never used in the production line where my seasoning is blended. As far as the ingredients go there are no glutens. I have been assured by the company that there are no gluten cross-contamination issues.

The long and short of the matter is that all of our items are gluten free.
