Regarding my question of whether the McCormick Season-All is GF, and specifically about whether the maltodextrin could be GF almost everybody verified that McCormick stuff is fine! Everyone verified what the company told me, and that is that their labls are correct, and if there were wheat derived ingredients they would say so on the label. Talking to a friend, I figured out that because this was fresh-made salsa from the grocery store deli, our problem was most likely cross-contamination....joy.

Thanks everyone for responding! Katie
