Hi,

Will you please recommend a web site that would give information about
celiac disease and what not to eat that would be easy for the head cook at
overnight camp to understand. The cook does not know any detailed info about
cd, and she wants to be sure to feed Taylor well and safely.

He will be at overnight camp for a week. So far she has sent me the menu and
we have spoken by phone about the items, and she is in the process of
looking up the packaged ingredients for me, and we have made some decisions
about replacement foods for other items. I will be send along breads,
pastas, desserts, cereals, and other foods that are safe.

Thank you in advance for your support and suggestions.

Sue
