Ben has out patient surgery Wednesday to put in the line in to his arm that
will make it possible for him to  have dialysis.  He says he doesn't know if
dialysis will make him feel better, I believe it will, guess he is just
feeling depressed about all the doctors, and the prospect of doing dialysis
three days a week from now on.  They say they can put him on a transplant
list and can test family members to see if any match.  Ben just feels tired
and weak a lot.  He says he figures there isn't much to look forward to in
life, he still can't drive, his sight isn't good at all, and dialysis three
days a week isn't so exciting!!
But the alternative is not being here. 
I tell him I want him here with me.
