Most of my pain, in the last couple of days, has moved to my left hip and
man does it ache. Anyhow, I started the steroid treatment last night. I
have found two places, maybe I mentioned this once already, where the pain
is tolerable. That is sitting in my chair at my computer because it has
wonderful low back support and more so than any other chair in the house.
The second place is laying on the couch with my back up against the back
seat of the couch. After about five minutes of laying on the couch, the
pain basically goes away. When I move or when I get up, it comes back. I
feel tightness across my lower back still but that must be just tightened
muscles because that part hasn't been hurting for a few days. So, thanks
for your prayers.
Phil.
