Many thanks to those in-the-know about The Sensitive Baker, which will be
featured on the show, "We Mean Business." Here's what you said:
- The baked goods are fabulous, but pricey. Highlights are the cinnamon
rolls and bagels, but everything they do is terrific. The place is small,
clean and well-run.
- It is the brainchild of the daughter-in-law of Rabbi Marvin Heier of
Museum of Tolerance fame.
- They don't ship overnight, but it looks like they supply products to
www.gfmeals.com <http://www.gfmeals.com/>
- The business makeover included better interior organization and improved
signage.
As a reminder, the show will be on A&E 9/20 at 9 a.m. Central Time.
We get a wide variety of magazines at work. One of my co-workers was nice
enough to give me a copy of the new October issue of Vegetarian Times. I was
puzzled, as I'm a devout carnivore. But the magazine had a special
gluten-free section and the editor's note states that they will be tagging
all gluten-free recipes from now on! Looks like some really yummy stuff -
I'm going to be busy in the kitchen!
