In my most recent post, "More follow up on oxalates, sorghum, corn, sesame, etc.", I said Caltrate was calcium citrate. I meant to say Citracal. (I really don't know what Caltrate is made of.) Citracal is calcium citrate & they have one w/ and one w/o vitamin D. I'd choose the one w/o D if I had to choose from Citracal. I'm glad I found Walgreen's calcium citrate tablets. They are inexpensive & convenient. Sorry if I caused confusion. ~Valerie in Tacoma
