Yes, with the new labeling laws, you will see many products starting to have this. They are, in fact, gluten free; but because they contain a distilled ingredient, like distilled vinegar for instance, that at one time came from wheat or whatever grain, that source grain now has to be listed...even though it has long since been rendered GF by distillation.
Be careful what you ask for in the way of labeling laws...you just might get it.
