Dear List members,

I have received several very helpful suggestions about Disney World, and flying with food.  I will wait for all responses and will share suggestions with the group.

I have been asked to make some clarifications about my other questions.

First  -- I am staying in the Park, not able to stay outside of the Park (Disney World.)  I am going with a sport team.

Second -- I asked for specialists names who treat neurological problems and are also educated about Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance.  Some have asked where I live?  The answer is that I live in a suburb of Chicago.
(I am looking for suggestions other than University of Chicago.  I am sure many have had great experiences there, but I was not happy because the physician I saw there only recognized Celiac Disease and not Gluten Intolerance  -- which is what I have.

I am willing to travel any where in the US.
