Hi All,

This is just to give everyone the scoop.  Long's Chinese has been into 
healthy cooking for a while and now they are serving gluten-free dishes.  They have 
GF soy sauce and can adapt most dishes.  They are very careful about 
contamination and we have enjoyed everything.
