The title is Change in Lipid Profile in Celiac Disease: Beneficial
Effect of Gluten-Free Diet
It concerns cardiovascular disease and the gluten-free diet. Much of
the data is from the UK. At least they conclude that the gluten-free diet
is not harmful to Celiacs and may actually have benefits.
