Fellow listmates-
I am trying to find "home remedies" for dealing with actual gall bladder pain due to "sludge" or gallstones. I know the best treatment is prevention, but in the case that a person goes ahead and either
a- eats too much of something they know will make them sick later
b- is in acute pain because of something bad they ate earlier
Is there anything the person can do to prevent the pain, relieve the pain, reduce the gall bladder inflammation, or just get the offending food out of their system sooner?
Pleased include any relevant info about the GF nature of meds or remedies, if you have any. I will summarize.
thanks
-Sarah
