Throughout the day, usually about a half hour after I eat but sometimes unrelated to eating, I get extremely drowsy and sometimes fall asleep while working for a few minutes. I get plenty of sleep at night so it's necessarily that I just need a nap. Sometimes the sleepiness will last for 10-20 minutes and then I'm fine, perky and alert as if nothing had happened. Is this related to my food intake? Am I missing a supplement? I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on what this might be. I have been anemic in the past but have never had this before. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
