Hi Kristina,

I am/was in the same boat as you. Started on mid Monday. For stuffy
nose/clogged sinuses and sore throat,I've been dipping into Dave's Insanity
sauce on every hour on the hour, not much just a few drops. Lots of water,2
or more whole grapefruits plus nuts keeps me quite energetic,I'll admit it
would've been easier to hit the bed for few days but I make myself get up,
walk/feed my dogs, feed the sheep and do all the house chores.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
