Hi everyone-
Well, this is what we ate today:
Breakfast:
India herbal spice tea
Leftover meatloaf (that I made last night with no bread crumbs using a
mixture of ground beef, ground pork, ground turkey, eggs, shredded zucchini,
carrots, frozen/drained spinach, onions, salt, pepper, garlic, etc)
large grapefruit
Lunch:
Rotisserie Chicken
Watermelon
Fresh mushrooms
Dinner:
Large salad made with romaine lettuce, beats (baked), walnuts, celery,
mushrooms, red onions
Watermelon and the dressing was made with lime juice, salt/pepper and olive
oil.
There was no need for snacking as we ate a lot. Plus, I drank lots of
mineral water (non-carbonated this time).
