Well, I KNEW you were gonna say that, Ginny, LOL. I DO try to incorporate mostly meat and veggies in our diet. I know that onions and bananas usually do the trick for BP in a hurry, which is weird because that man eats onions like some people eat doughnuts. You'd think that would keep him fairly level. Maybe it's more stress than anything. (Well, aside from the underlying problem, of course:) I never thought of Rescue Remedy!!! I just gave him some, so we'll see!! Thanks, sister!! I'm gonna go get some bananas today and see if that'll do the trick, as well. I just know that the last time he had this, I stuffed him full of several different foods and there was an overnight transformation. But I did a Google last night and couldn't find my previous reference point, sigh. It was mostly the mainstream blah-blah BS. "No red meat, no salt, etc."

Speaking of the long-term...are you at a place that you would consider doing some consulting??

  Love,
  Bren

PS to William...thanks for your response!!! I'll tell him to keep those morning coffees and cigars at a minimum, hehehe. (He doesn't smoke.) You crack me up!!!

Shoot, I don't know how to stop a bout in its tracks! But I'll bet
that some of these foods would be good for him long term. If you fed
them all the time you wouldn't have to remember what they were...
I'll also bet he'd be fine on Paleo, or even modified Paleo. How
about some Rescue Remedy?

Of course, the high BP is a symptom of some deeper discontent, and
you'd be wise to look into it before it becomes irreversibly
pathological.
