It's not something I ordinarily eat or want to eat, but I might give it a
try just to see what it does. I do put 1/2 tsp of honey in my tea on
occasion but I don't get the sugar high I got the night I ate the
"pancakes".

The honey is a complicating factor here. It would be more interesting to see
what the level was after eating the oatmeal without added sweetener.
