Oscar Mayer now has a bacon with no nitrates/nitrites. It's cured with
sea salt, cane juice, and celery salt. It's very smokey tasting, too.
At my supermarket, it was $5 for 12oz.  It's the first time I have
seen an 'uncured' bacon in any of the local mega-marts.

Blue Diamond is also making their Almond milk in an unsweetened
variety. It's super yummy.
