This is a great thread and I commend and thank Jim for sharing the
data. From my own experience I have no doubt that fat provides satiety
but *I'm curious how people get a variety of fat in the diet without
overdoing it on the protein. *I take a couple of tablespoons of coconut
oil every day but even then I have trouble blending it in with something
more palatable. I also have a tough time eating a lot of uncured bacon.
How does others handle this?
Don
