I don't. I quit worrying about bowel movements (or the shorter ruder  
Ango-Saxon word for it), after realizing that there is almost nothing to  
move in a diet which is almost 100% digestible.

It's been reported that if you eat enough unobtainium (AKA good animal  
fat), this will do the trick.


Best to forget about cleanliness and substitute healthy, as in a large  
population of friendly bacteria and symbiotes.

AFAIK the symptom of success of healthy gut is an occasional splendid turd.
