Thank you for such awesome and encouraging posts!  Paula, William, Camile, 
Sisyphus -- I read and reread your posts and I truly feel up to the task of 
eating right again.

I was feeling a bit like the mythological Sisyphus myself -- the one rolling 
a boulder up the same hill for eternity.  (I switched to paleo years ago, 
lost 70 pounds and got wonderfully healthy and fit.  Now I'm back at the 
base of the hill ...)  But rather than feeling like someone with an onerous 
task, I'm going to focus on how GOOD it will be for me to eat right (not on 
how *hard* it will be).  And, hopefully, if I can tap into and retain some 
of Paleo Sisyphus's righteous anger, eating right needn't even feel like an 
onerous task at all!

I agree with what you wrote and I quote, below.  Amazing that I fell back 
into the trap of eating that crap.  But hopefully I'm out again now.
