Yup, I've read the book and it's great. I've read
lots of those types of books, but you always hear such
contradictory information, it's hard to know what
makes sense.
I also have found that low carb, moderate protein and
high fat make me feel best. But although I firmly
believe that this type of diet is more than healthy, I
worry about getting all my micronutrients, which is
why I was asking Tim his opinion.
